This website presents web design and development services under the DA DIGITALS name. For questions about your enquiry or personal data, contact +32 470 44 37 36 by phone or WhatsApp.
2. Contact through WhatsApp or phone
This website does not collect enquiries through an online form and does not send enquiries to Telegram. Clicking WhatsApp opens a conversation with the number above. Some buttons prepare a draft containing the selected service or budget estimate. You decide whether to send it. Clicking a phone link opens your device’s calling application.
Information you choose to share in a conversation is used to answer your enquiry, discuss the project and prepare a proposal. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary information about other people. Messages are not automatically subscribed to marketing lists.
3. External services
WhatsApp processes data under its privacy policy. Phone calls are handled by your device and telephone provider. These services have their own data handling arrangements. Portfolio links open external websites with their own policies.
4. Website data
The hosting provider receives technical information needed to serve and protect the website, including an IP address, page address, request time and browser information. The GoDaddy hosting platform also adds a performance measurement script. Technical logs, performance measurements and backups follow the provider’s settings and policies. Fonts, images and interactive models are loaded from this website.
This version does not load Google Ads, Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica. It does not store WhatsApp draft text or calculator choices in browser localStorage. No enquiry form database is used.
5. Questions about your information
Contact the number above to ask about information shared in a project conversation, request a correction or ask for deletion. Information needed for an agreed contract, accounting or a specific legal obligation may have a different retention period, explained when relevant. Depending on applicable law, you may also be entitled to request access, restriction, objection or a portable copy, and to raise a concern with a competent data protection authority.
